Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed through our secure payment system. Escorts receive 60% of the earnings, while Elysian retains 40% to cover operational costs, including marketing, platform maintenance, and client support. Payments to escorts are processed weekly. Clients are responsible for any additional fees agreed upon with escorts outside the platform.

Liability

Elysian is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between clients and escorts. Escorts are independent contractors, and their actions are their sole responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the quality of services rendered.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or behavior that harms our reputation or other users. Upon termination, you must cease using our services.

Confidentiality

All user information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Escorts and clients must maintain confidentiality regarding interactions facilitated through our platform. Unauthorized disclosure of personal information may result in legal action.
